It’s Spring and that gets our little family excited to eat outside and gets mama craving lot’s of fresh veggies. What better to pair with veggies then a delicious easy dip? This Roasted Red Pepper Hummus comes together fast and easy and turns out great time and time again. My little guy absolutely loves helping make it and eats it by the spoonful!

- 1/3 cup avacado oil or olive oil
- 3/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Pink salt or sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced or 2 tsp pre-minced

Remove the Red Bell Peppers from oven once charred and let them rest for 10 minutes.
