I’m always looking for ways to freshen things up in our home. Even though Fall is just beginning I’m already dreaming up a new Spring project for 2017. I’m really happy with the results from my 2016 makeover to the guest bathroom, (see My Summer DIY Project) and love the fresh look the Olympic neutrals gave to the small space. Now I’m dreaming up giving our main bathroom a make-over. It’s a bold, dark green color with purple accents. It’s not a very large space and there is only one small window. After looking over project inspiration ideas on the Olympic paint Pinterest page, and checking out the Olympic Bathroom Room brochure I’m still crushing over the olympic neutrals. I really think that bringing in one of Olympic’s a nice color pairings would really brighten up the space as their colors really offset each other perfectly.
I first fell for the Olympic neutral paint colors at the Olympic Paint color center at our local Lowe’s home improvement store. I geek out over the Olympic Paint color selection, which is a brand exclusively at Lowe’s. They have an incredible selection of colors and especially great neutrals, which as I mentioned are my favorite right now. I have to admit, I’ve come home with a huge stack of swatches and brochures of their beautiful colors. It has room brochures that are arranged to allow shopping in 3 ways: Color (through the chips); Lifestyle (through the lifestyle brochures); Project (room and project brochures). It’s the bathroom room brochure that has currently caught my eye for my next bathroom project.
The Olympic paints are engendered to endure in order to empower you to create enduring beautify in your home, and as every Mom knows, we all need something that will last. The Olympic Paints and Stains Color Center allows people to browse paints and stains in one place. The colors are organized to make finding and comparing shades easier than ever. From light pastels to dark accent notes, they really have the right shade for everyone.
If you want to see how a paint color would look before you head to Lowe’s, you can upload a photo of your room to the Olympic® Paint Visualizer tool. After a few clicks you can give your room a digital makeover with any Olympic Paint color. In addition, if you want to see the paint in person before undertaking your project, Olympic paint offers incredibly affordable paint samples to give you a chance to try a color before you buy a huge quantity giving you the ability to really paint with confidence. During my last project, I found our paint sample to be really helpful along with Olympic’s incredible variety of swatches and brochures.
If you have a deck and are planning to stain it either this fall or in 2017, visit the Olympic® MAXIMUM Stain + Sealant in One product page. This innovative product comes with Weather-Ready™ Application that offers a wide range of application temperatures and conditions. Just reminder that wood stains are only to be used on exterior house projects (i.e. outdoor decks), and SHOULD NOT be used on indoor projects.
