Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies
Make some great tasting chocolate chip cookies easily with cake mix. These are the world's easiest cookies to make!.
Equipment
- Cookie sheet
- Large bowl
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 box of your favorite cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- ½ cup butter softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Mixing It Together
- In your large bowl, mix the cake box mix, butter, milk, vanilla, and egg.
- I like to use an electric mixer to quickly mix the ingredients together until smooth. You can also mix with a spoon
- Mix in more milk if the mixture turns out too dry.
- Add the chocolate chips into the mix.
Get It Ready
- Spoon the cookie onto parchment lined cookie shets.
- Place the cookies 2 inches apart from each other.
Baking the Cookies
- Put the cookies in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a rack to completely cool.
- Store in a sealed container to keep the cookies fresh.
Notes
Cake Mix Cookie Tips
- Add one more egg (or add two additional if you want it to be really rich)
- Double the oil amount, but use melted butter instead of oil
- Use milk instead of water
