Simple Microwave Popcorn Balls

One of my Children’s favorite after school snack is our Simple Microwave Popcorn ball recipe.  They also loved when they would open up their lunch box at school and discover I placed one in as a lunchtime treat.

These are easier than you think to make and kids love helping with these. 

Simple Microwave Popcorn Balls

10 cups popped corn

10 regular size marshmallows

½ cup butter

½ cup granulated sugar

Put sugar, butter and marshmallows in a large bowl. Microwave on high for five minutes, stirring twice.Pour over popped corn, tossing with a wooden spoon, with clean buttered hands, form into balls. Place on waxed paper or aluminum foil. Allow to set, and get ready to taste this yummy treat.
