There is no denying COVID-19 has changed your summer. With shelter in place orders and social distancing, many camps and daycares are closed. And you are probably stressing just a little bit about having the kids in the house for several more months. Meet your new best friend… TheCampCloud.

Not just parking children in front of the computer, an alternative to traditional camps this summer is the CampCloud. The CampCloud offers the perfect structured alternative to leaving kids to entertain themselves all day: real interactive fun and learning that may include building a shelter; putting on a play; diving into science, technology, math or art; training your pet; building a fire; role-playing on an imaginary island; and dozens of other activities to suit every interest.

For 23 years, Adventure Links has offered incredible summer programs for kids ages 6-17, and while they won’t be opening their physical facility this year, their passionate and dedicated team has become even more innovative by designing creative, engaging, and challenging virtual camp experiences sure to keep kids learning, intrigued, occupied and happy all day and all summer long. Started in April, the CampCloud program options offer something for every child, with facilitators trained and certified to guide and challenge your child with new adventures, fun, and learning.

All campers need is a good internet connection, a smart device, and a readiness to participate! Plus, while parents are working from home or going to work in an essential occupation, they know that the kids are having a productive and fun summer while they work.
The CampCloud includes:
1. Our Wild World: Campers discover nature through physics, chemistry, engineering, and more. Exploring the science of conservation with hands on STEM-based experiments, participants make a difference right from their own backyards.
2. Pet Camp: Campers and their pets will learn the history of pets, why behavior training and enrichment are so important for excellent animal care, as well as some basic veterinary skill.
3. Camp Adventure/Suburban Survival: Dropping into a survival situation, 11-15-year-old campers practice survival skills in fire-making, obtaining food, navigating landscapes. Skills highlighted in this course will provide the fundamentals for surviving in a suburban or wilderness environment.
4. Humanity Island: Humanity Island is a non-stop adventure for campers aged 8 -14 as they are imaginatively stranded on a desert island where they must function as a society to succeed.
You don’t have to let your kids play video games all day this summer, you can send them to the CampCloud!
