Since the kids are home for the summer, the pantry is full and stocked with delicious snacks. Snacks are an essential necessity for children to have, especially during the busy activities during the day with children playing and still growing. It’s important to pick snacks that are at least somewhat healthy.
I’ve fallen into the same rut at the supermarket with just stopping reading all the ingredients on the packages and picking the snacks that I know are somewhat healthy.
