Shopping online Amazon has one of the biggest selections of items you can find. From books, music, videos, electronics, computers, clothing, hardware, housewares, beauty, and more, you can practically find anything you are looking for. Most items can have a reasonable price and shipping from around the world. And if you are like me, you might find yourself constantly receiving packages daily from Amazon.
Amazon continues to find ways to help their customers. This time they have done it by providing inexpensive samples from some of their most popular products. The new service is for Prime Amazon members that should help picking out the right items a whole lot simpler – and even cheaper!
Amazon Prime Samples
These Prime Samples give customers the chance to try out small samples of a variety of items. It ranges from beauty, food, nutrition, and household products before you commit to buying them at a full price.
Prime members have two choices when it comes to this new service. You can purchase individual samples for $2.00 – $4.00 or you can select a box filled with a variety of samples that can cost between $6.99 to $19.99! Whatever choice you decide to choose will have a ship for free to your home if you have a Prime subscription.
A Credit Equal to Your Cost
This deal never gets a bit better as Prime Sample will also give you a credit that is equal to the cost of your sample items. For example, if you purchased $6.00 worth of samples, you will automatically get $6.00 Prime sample credit to your Amazon account to use to buy the full-sized version of the sample you are considering buying.
The Products You Can Try
The following products are available for Prime Samples:
- Beverages and food
- Sports and nutrition
- Beauty and groom
- Personal care
- Household
- Vitamins and supplements
- Baby
Here’s the Catch
You can only buy each version of the sample once. Although if there is a sample that is from the same brand with two different options, such as two different scents of the same shampoo, then you will be able to order both.
Overall, being able to choose to test out products before you decide buying the full product can save you some money in the long run. This is a great new service if there is a new product you would want to try but aren’t sure if it’s worth the money. Prime Samples are a great opportunity for you to try out, and if more customers hop onto this new Amazon service then hopefully more options will be added to the inventory of samples to try!

I purchase a lot from Amazon. But, I didn’t know this method. It looks useful.
