School is almost over and that means it’s time for summer. What’s on your list for some summer fun? My family and I usually go visit our cabin a couple times during the summer and various other fun activities that my children love and ask to do. A great thing I thought I’d do this summer with my children would be putting together a summer bucket list. My kids sometimes want to spend a day playing games, going to the park, or a beach day.

Making a summer bucket list your whole family will enjoy is easy and simple. You’ll only need a couple things when you get ready to make your list of summer fun activities.

- Make sure the whole family is there—kids and parents!
- Ask your kids and even other parent for some fun ideas. There’s plenty of things they might like to do this summer that are fun and simple to do.
- Consider the ages of your kids and what everyone is capable of doing.
- Add a variety of activities. For instance, indoor and outdoor activities. Some activities even have a learning lesson behind them.
- Always leave some blank slots for something fun that can come up last minute.
