Whiten Your Teeth Naturally With Yala and WIN: Yala

Admit it, your teeth aren’t as white as they could be. I know mine aren’t. But, I’ve been scared to use regular teeth whiteners that are full of harsh chemicals.

Well I have some good news. Have you heard of oil-pulling? It’s when you swish with coconut oil. Sounds gross, I know, but I now have a few friends that do it and love it, so I wanted to check it out. That’s when I heard about YALA.

YALA is an all natural coconut-oil based mouthwash that is blended with pure essential oils. It also has natural birch-tree xylitol which adds a hint of sweetness and helps fend off the bad bacteria that causes tooth decay. It’s also dye-free, chemical-free, alcohol-free, with no preservatives, and no artificial flavors.

This product is kind of genius. It’s actually very tasty (I love the Lemon flavor), and comes in a portable tube so you can use it anywhere. Even the packaging is beautiful.

The hardest part is that you have to swish for a long time. Like, 10-15 minutes long. That sounded crazy, but I’ve actually come to love the quiet, relaxed time while swishing. I’ll do it in the shower, while cleaning, watching TV, reading…anytime really. And the time just goes. I now enjoy the peaceful, meditative quiet time while swishing with YALA. It’s invigorating, freshens my breath, and my teeth are looking brighter and whiter already!
