This provides a steady stream of energy to the body and avoids the peak and trough cycle.

Of course, we know eating fruit and veg is good for us this is because they tend to be low in calories high in nutrients and fiber. It’s important to get enough fruit and vegetables, as studies have shown that this can reduce your risk of all sorts of diseases such as cancer.

While some kids think fruit and vegetables are boring, there are lots of exciting things that you can try like some sneaking vegetables in their pizza sauce or change their snacks to crudities and dip.

Eating fruit and veg is also important in maintaining your digestive health.
