MOM Tip: Summer seems to be the time of year our children get a few extra bumps, bruises and scrapes on their bodies so be prepared with these DIY Ice Packs.
DIY Ice Packs:
- Place 1 part rubbing alcohol to 3 parts water into a zip bag.
- Place in freezer
- After it is frozen wrap in a towel and apply to the owie in need of an ice pack.
