Since I was old enough to begin baking I have been trying to find the perfect sugar cookie to bake. Now, I have one more to test out with this copy cat Swig Cookie recipe from Butter with a side of bread.
I have never heard of Swig cookies but just looking at the picture with the sweet pink frosting is enough to make me run to the store purchase all the ingredients and spend the afternoon in my kitchen backing a batch of Swig cookies.
These Swig cookies would be fun in different pastel colored frosting for Easter or Green for St Patrick’s day celebrations.
