It’s hard to believe 2016 is only days away. There is something refreshing and wonderful about a new year. A new year is a fresh start, a clean slate, and a new beginning. It’s a time for reflection on the last year and hopes for the new one. This New Year I’m looking forward to bringing our family’s health to the next level. In 2016 I want to spend more time outside (rain or shine) and I want to experience the world around me more fully. I’m determined to take more walks and to start playing soccer again.
