  1. So if I have 1 1/2 c of wheat flour in a recipe to go gluten free I need to use Rice flour , and tapioca starch and potato starch – all three to substitute for the whole wheat flour?

    1. Hello,

You would use all of the three substitutes to replace the wheat flour. For example, if you are using 3 cups of wheat flour you would use 2 cups of rice flour, 2/3 of potato starch, and 1/3 tapioca starch.

I hope this helps with any other questions from other moms!

  2. I was wondering the same thing myself, Jennifer! But I’m guessing since you posted the question last June and there’s no visible reply that your question hasn’t been answered as of yet!
