I’m always looking for healthy snacks to keep myself going in the midst of a busy schedule. With errands to run and the family’s schedule to maintain it’s important to me to have snacks on hand that our family enjoys and that require little time and energy. I like snacks that are convenient, high in protein and of course, delicious! I also enjoy snacks that work as good desert substitutes. It’s always great to find a treat that curbs my craving for something sweet without all the sugar and fat of the slice of apple pie I’m longing for.
One great go-to snack is Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt and Yoplait Greek 100 Whips. It’s a convenient snack I can pick up while I’m at Walmart grabbing our families other necessities. Yoplait Greek has 10-13 grams of protein in each 5.3 oz cup. Yoplait does a lot of great fun flavors that really go above and beyond what you expect from your normal tub of yogurt. They have great seasonal flavors like pumpkin cheesecake and caramel apple as well as other fun flavors such as apple pie and vanilla cupcake. There flavors really feel premium to me and make me feel like I’m really splurging, but the best part is they are only 100 calories!

Yoplait Greek 100 Pie Dips
I like getting the Yoplait Greek 100 pie flavors like apple pie, Boston cream pie, and key lime. I enjoy eating these flavors by dipping into them with graham cracker pieces. I feel like I’m eating a creamy pie with a graham cracker pie crust. With the apple pie flavor I like to sprinkle a little cinnamon on top to add a little extra pizzazz.
Yoplait Greek 100 Whips Sandwiches
When I was a little girl my Mom would sometimes give me her extra frosting when she was making a cake and put it between two graham crackers making a little frosting sandwich. I like using the Yoplait Green 100 Whips flavors in the same way. The consistency reminds me of frosting or whipped cream. Today I made one with the vanilla cupcake flavor and it was delicious!
