How neat. I didn’t even know they made cheese making kits.
I have been looking at cheese making kits & have only seen ones to make mozzarella – it’s interesting to see other cheese varieties in a kit.

My Grandmother made cheeses,that were so yummy. I would love to learn how to do it.
