Broccoli and Cauliflower salad

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Number of Servings: 10 – 12
This Simple Broccoli and cauliflower Salad can be made ahead and is perfect anytime of the year
Ingredients:
Salad
1 bunch broccoli (5 cups florettes’s)
1 bunch cauliflower (5 cups florette’s)
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb cooked bacon
1/2 cup chopped red onion
Dressing
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sugar
4 T. apple cider vinegar
Steps:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florette’s
Add cheese, onion and bacon
Mix in dressing
Chill for 1 hour or more
Options: you can add in sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
