Russian Blini aka Crepes

crepeIf you ask my kids what their favorite breakfast meal is ?  I am almost positive you will get a unanimous  response “CREPES”  . Years ago my youngest daughter began making crepes for our family and we just don’t seem to get enough of them.   We could  eat them breakfast, lunch and even for an after dinner dessert.  My kids love to fill them with fresh fruit, whip cream and let’s not forget Nutella.

Crepes are not difficult to make – they only take a few everyday ingredients you most likely already have in your kitchen and then cooking them is a breeze.  Currently we use a frying pan and cook them on the stove top.  However I just discovered an actual crepe maker  over at Amazon.  All you have to do is place your crepe mix in a shallow dish, then dip the crepe pan into the mix and then allow it to cook turning it over till done
