MOM Tip: When I wash my windows I still reach for my windex. I’ve always wanted to make my own window cleaner. I remember my grandma using newspaper and vinegar to clean her windows. It worked for her so why am I always buying windex? Here’s a DIY window cleaner solution:
- 2 cups of WARM water
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
- Small squirt of Dawn
Mix the ingredients together in a spray bottle. Just make sure you always shake it before you use it because the cornstarch may settle a bit.
