MOM Tip: Today’s mom tip has to do with dog urine and my precious Chewy (the chihuahua). I’m almost embarrassed to say…We adopted this chihuahua a year ago and just now discovered he has been urinating all over our carpet. Our carpet is a slight shag with several colors and it’s hard to see the urine. One day I was down on the carpet and smelled the odor and saw the slight discoloration in the carpet. I was horrified! While researching on how to locate the urine (since I can’t see it) I found this article from the Daily Puppy. Looks like I will be investing in a black light today.
