Fall-Colored Cookie Dough

Get out your favorite sugar cookie dough recipe and get ready to create fall colored cookies wit his simple idea from Country Living .  Its super easy and fun to serve during your fall celebration or give as gifts

Step 1 – Simply make enough dough for 48 three-inch cookies of your favorite sugar cookie recipe

Step 2 – Divide the cookie dough  into four sections  and  use food coloring tint in fall colors or use Wilton icing colors.

Step 3 –  Press each pieces from each batch on a lightly floured board or parchment paper  in to a multicolored patchwork . Smooth with rolling pin. Chill for 15 minutes, then cut out cookies with fall cookie cutter shapes.
