Mom Tip: When you purchase a new item, keep the box that it came in for one year (the length of the warranty). Just in case the item is faulty or breaks and you need to ship it to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement. Store your empty boxes in your basement or garage. Be sure to write the date on each box either when you purchased it or when one year is over so you know whens it’s time to discard the empty boxes.
