Let’s be honest, you’ve got a lot on your plate during these summer months. School is out, which probably means you’re running around town, picking the kids up from soccer practices, navigating through traffic and planning parties for the entire neighborhood. Keeping up and staying refreshed can be difficult. We recently had LeeAnn Weintraub a registered dietitian take a few minutes out of her busy day to give us a few tips on how busy moms can stay refreshed and keep their families healthy this summer.
