Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity the Latest Entry Into the Iconic Franchise
Pokémon video games have sold millions of copies worldwide since they were first introduced in North America nearly 15 years ago. Kids and fans of all ages are intrigued by the enchanting catch-’em-all world of Pokémon. Now the newest game, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity for the Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL systems enters the scene. In the game you actually get to become one of five Pokémon — Pikachu, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott or Axew and enter a world of talking Pokémon. You journey through near-infinite dungeons, battle and befriend other Pokémon and collect treasure. With vibrant and detailed 3D graphics and more than 20 Mystery Dungeons that change every time you enter, nearly limitless adventure awaits players and their Pokémon friends.
In addition to the dungeons players will delve into during the main story, they can discover Magnagates —entrances to new dungeons — by using the Nintendo 3DS augmented reality technology to scan everyday circular objects around them. Also for the first time in the series, players can explore special Mystery Dungeons with up to three other players in co-op Companion Mode. All experience and treasures earned in these unique dungeons are carried over to the main game.
