MOM Tip: Create a New Habit

postMom Tip: It has been said that it takes 21 days to develop a habit. Did you make any goals for 2013 that require you to form a new habit?

Try this idea from “Jealously is Useful”  to help you begin forming that new habit.  Put up a Post It note for each day and rip one off  each day as you accomplish the goal.   21 days from now you will have  a new habit.
