4-Ingredient Pizza Bake

Craving pizza? Just add water to Bisquick® Complete biscuit mix and you’ll make quick work out of a pizza bake that’s in the oven in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients

2 pouches (7.5 oz each) Bisquick® Complete buttermilk biscuit mix
1 cup water
1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
1 package (8 oz) sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
Directions
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls evenly in bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).
  • 2 Drizzle about 1 cup pizza sauce over dough. Arrange 1/2 of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
  • 3 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.

 

Taco Pizza

My kids are not only pizza fans but taco fans so look what happened when I went searching for a recipe that combined the two..I discovered this amazingly simple recipe over at Real Mom Kitchen

3 Meat Pizza Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb bow tie pasta

1 lb mild pork sausage

1 large onion, medium size chopped

2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce (I used Bertolli’s Mushroom and Garlic)

1 lb cubed cooked ham

1/2-1 lb of sliced pepperoni

3 (8 ounce) bags of shredded mozzarella cheese

6 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 teaspoon dried oregano

 

Directions

1. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dent é.

2. Cook sausage, garlic powder and oregano with onions until the juices run clear.

3. In a lightly greased 9x13x3 inch pan, pour a small amount of sauce to lightly coat bottom.

4. Layer ingredients in the order listed below.

5. 1st layer-1/3 of the pasta, 1/3 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, sausage and onions.

6. 2nd layer-1/2 of the remaining pasta, 1/2 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, ham.

7. 3rd layer-all remaining pasta, all remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, all the pepperoni(completely covering the entire top with pepperoni).

8. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.

9. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Pepperoni Pizza Pull

Ingredients

  • 1 – 3 1/2 ounce package sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1  cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/4  cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
  • 1  11 ounce package (12) refrigerated breadsticks

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; set aside. In a medium bowl combine pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
2.Cut dough into 1-inch pieces with a kitchen scissors or sharp knife. Arrange 1/3 of the dough pieces in prepared pan. Top with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers 2 more times.
3.Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm with pizza sauce.
