2 Simple Hungry Girl Fold It Flat Bread Recipes #FlatoutHot

Quick and Simple breadare two of my favorite words when it comes to preparing meals for my family. This past weekend I discovered both a simple breakfast and quick lunch meal to prepare for my hungry family using Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbreads. (Yes, that is a mouth full) .

Flatout Flatbread has recently partnered with Hungry Girl with a great new flatbread product – Foldit Flatbread! a new style of bread to create fun sandwiches with or other creations such as pizza and quesadillas.

Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread are a great source of fiber and are low fat with just 90-100 calories, depending on the variety. a great source of fiber and comes come in 4 delicious flavors: 100% Whole Wheat with Flaxseed, Rosemary and Olive Oil , Traditional White and the newest one Soft Pretzel.

You can find Flaout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread at your local Walgreens store – Which is just what I did to begin creating my two sandwich recipes.  I headed to my local Walgreens to purchase Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbreads along with a few ingredients to make my two simple sandwich recipes. and my results were two simple sandwiches to please my hungry family

baconFold It Breakfast Sandwich

Eggs, bacon and toast all serve up in one on the go meal


1 egg per sandwich

2-3 pieces of bacon per sandwich

1 Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbreads per sandwich

1 to 2 slices of cheese per sandwich

May or butter to your liking


1. Fry egg in frying pan according to your desire (

2. Cook/fry bacon

3. Slice cheese

4. Assemble sandwich by placing cooked fried egg on one side of the Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread then   top with bacon, cheese and choice e of mayo or butter.

5. Fold over the top layer of your Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread and enjoy or give one to each child for breakfast.


chickenChicken Salad  Filled Fold it Sandwich

Make ahead chicken salad ready to fill your Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread when you are in need of a quick lunch meal.


1 can chicken breast drained ( I use the Kirkland brand at Costco)

Mayonnaise desired amount

Deli Mustard desired amount

1 – 2 Carrots finely chopped

1 – 2 stalks celery finely chopped

2 green onions

1/2 tsp dill

salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce and Tomato slices if desired

Assorted Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbreads


1.   Mix  canned chicken , mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl

2. Finely chop carrots, green onion  and celery and add to chicken mixture

3. Stir in dill and add salt and pepper to taste

4. Mix chicken mixture fully then spread onto a piece of Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbreads add lettuce and tomato if desired.

5. Enjoy your Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbreads Chicken salad sandwich at home, at work or on the go with your kids.
