Freezer Pie Crust – Freezer Cooking For The Holidays

Save time and your sanity by using freezer meals for your upcoming holiday meals – Today’s Freezer Pie Crust recipe it definitely help  will cut down on your dessert preparations during the busy holiday days.

Freezer Pie Crust

5 pounds flour
3 pounds Crisco
1 teaspoon salt
3½ cups milk
3½ teaspoons vinegar


Mix flour and salt in a large mixing bowl

Use a pastry cutter or two butter knives to cut the Crisco into the flour mixture until  it is crumbly

Combine milk and vinegar in a small bowl

Add liquid to crumbled dough then mix  with yoyur hands to create soft pie dough

Divide into 15 single pie crusts.

TO freeze Wrap individually in baggie or plastic wrap. Will store in freezer for several months
