MOM Tip: Freezing Cupcake Batter

Mom Tip: Freeze your cupcake batter for fresh cupcakes anytime – Make up a batch of cupcake batter ( from scratch or box) Then line your muffin tin land fill the cups next cover with plastic wrap tightly and freeze. Once the cupcake batter is frozen, remove  the cupcakes and place into a zip top bag , removing  as much air as possible. When you are in need of fresh cupcakes you can either allow them to come to room temperature before baking or bake  them in the oven for an e 5 to 7 minutes longer.

Extra Tip:  This is works great if you have a Gluten Free family member to have cupcakes on hand ready to bake when in need.
