Mom Tip: Frozen Cookie Dough

Mom Tip: The next time you make a batch of cookie dough double the recipe. Bake half of the cookie dough now and then fill ice cube trays with scoops of the left over cookie dough, place in freezer, once frozen pop out and store in freezer bag. Then the next time you want fresh baked cookies, you can bake the desired amount of cookies you want.

  1. Do you need to thaw the “cubes” of dough before you go to bake them? How long would this take? Do you bake them following regular directions? Just curious, it looks like a neat idea. Thank you for your help with these questions.
