Shining Star Boutique started her business when she wasn’t able to find hair clippies for her daughter. They always fell
out of her thin hair or were glued to the headbands and couldn’t be used beyond her being a baby. She began to make her own hair accessories for her that she could wear again as she grew older. As well as having them stay put in her hair by adding velcro. So many friends of hers with little girls loved them.
