If you are the typical woman… romance movies, drama’s, comedies are probably the type of movies your would go watch if you had your way. In fact when I started mentioning the movie to my girlfriends they had no idea what I was talking about, till I mention the name Iron Man or Hulk and the only reason they could relate to those characters is because they have sons that adore them.
What I highly recommend doing for anyone is watching at least some if not all of the movies leading up to Avengers. It just makes it that much more fantastic. Netflix it or use Redbox. But you ladies will be pleasantly surprised (and I am not talking about the cast… men) I am talking about the story. These movies are not like what you would think would come from a comic. These have amazing story lines. You have your romance, your fine cast of actors, the brilliant humor and then mix that in with the action. Perfect fit for the whole family.
So now, you have watched your movies leading up to Avengers… you are ready to go. The intense of it all is just insane in the theaters. Knowing that ALL of them will be assembling together. As each character appears you hear applause. I have never been to a movie before where the energy inside was this grand. I have also never heard so many people laugh out loud in a theater before too. Man, they really had a great group putting this whole movie together to get it just perfect. I want to share more…. So hard to keep from telling you. I don’t want to spoil anything. Darn it. 🙂 Oh gosh.. I guess you will just have to go see it.
On another note. I did not think this would be suitable for my 4 year old boy. But they really did a great job. This movie like I said is really for all ages. Yes there is some fighting but nothing where there is blood. Just one little bitty part in the very beginning. They also do a good job on watching their language. If you don’t mind your kids going home and running around thinking they are a super hero after this then that is probably what will happen.
Well, I have my favorite character which surprised my husband…. which one will yours be?? Can’t wait to hear!

Actually great storylines is what make comics so great! I was glad they could bring it to the big screen so well.
