#2 Go to Google Offers to purchase a $40 Voucher for only $20. (note that Google Offers requires you to use the Google Wallet for checkout).
You can use the voucher towards your shipping costs, so if you have the $15 credit you should be able to add $55 to your cart (including your shipping costs), use your credit and then the voucher and only have to pay the cost of the voucher ($2o) and tax!
