MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS, Red Carpet and ME!

I am so excited and honored that 24/7 Moms has been chosen to be 1 of the 25 fantastic bloggers to be part of this magnificent event!  Yes, I Leslie Pleasants… Mom to 2… who lives in her jeans and at Fred Meyers will be in New York (across the United States) for the Tribeca Film Festival and will be walking the red carpet to watch and celebrate the final night screening of MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS with the cast and crew!  Courtesy of Disney.  🙂

This will be a very special event as they will have real life hero’s at this event.  The on-screen Super Heroes will be joined by everyday heroes from police agencies, fire departments, first responders, and various branches of the U.S. military, who will be invited to the screening.

The event will take place in New York April 28th.  MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS will be the closing act which makes it even more exciting as they save the best for last!  MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS, the epic action-adventure directed by Joss Whedon, stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Tom Hiddleston, with Stellan Skarsgård and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

So I am not the tweet’n kind of girl, so I will not be keeping you up to date on-the-minute of what is happening but I do know that there probably will be other mom bloggers there tweeting away.  So you can follow the hashtag #TheAvengersEvent.  I am going to be busy trying to make sure that I don’t fall down wearing my heels… is my dress fitting right…  am I going to faint from star struck.  You know… the important things.  🙂   I even believe there might just be a interview with some cast members too!  Can you imagine!!  BREATHE Leslie!!
