I always make sure to have a lot of food and snacks for different ages and tastes. It’s always nice to get people to bring a dish and mix it up a little.
I try to have everything prepared ahead of time, so that I can relax and enjoy my company and the game!
I like to have plenty of appetizers, snacks, drinks, etc for friends and family to enjoy anytime. I also like to prepare these things ahead of time so I am not spending most of my time in the kitchen but out among guests.
Use small crock pots to keep warm dips at the proper temperature. Love chicken wig dip! geology48@yahoo.com
My tip is to plan ahead, prepare as much as possible ahead of time and keep it simple. Also have food and drinks easily accessible so that everybody could enjoy the party and the game including yourself!
I always write my menu on our menu board so everyone knows what dips and other food items are spread out before them. I also try to carry all of my guests drink of choice and lots of ice, napkins, and crockpots for serving hot appetizers like meatballs, wings, etc.

I like to make up several trays containing various cold cuts & cheeses, olives & pickles, sub rolls, a crock pot of chili and another with mini meatballs, cut up veggies, cut up fruits, mini pastries & cookies, and serve buffet style for large informal gatherings.
