Chocolate Chip Banana Brunch Bars – Bake & Share Your Favorite Recipes to WIN

Want to impress your holiday brunch guests?  Try one of our family Favorite recipes using Nestle Toll House Morsels.  Perfect for serving at your next Holiday brunch – be sure to have the recipe ready to hand out YOU will be asked for it I promise as your guests will be addicted.

Chocolate Chip  Banana Brunch Bars
Cake Ingredients
½ c butter ( softened)
1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp  vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp allspice
1 c mashed ripe bananas
½ c milk
2 c Nestle Toll House Morsels
Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time.  Add vanilla.  Mix flour, baking powder, salt baking soda, cinnamon, and all-spice.  Alternate wet and dry ingredients while mixing.
In separate bowl mash bananas and milk then add to above mixture.  Then hand stir in the Nestle Toll House Morsels.
Spread in a 15 x 10 greased pan or Jelly roll pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Cool and spread or drizzle on glaze.( recipe below)
Glaze Ingredients
 Â¼ c butter
1 ½ c powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 TBSP  boiling water
Mix and drizzle onto bars – let set to dry
For nut lovers:  Add chopped walnuts.  You can even do this for half the cake for those non-nut lovers.
