Each year Valerie our official celebration editor from Gig Harbor Scrapper hosts a Back To School Blessing party and this year my children and I have been invited to attend. I don’t know all the details of the party yet as it hasn’t taken place. But, what I do know is she has asked each of the invited Mom’s to provide a Scripture for each of her children that will then be her child’s scripture for the school year.
Valerie has placed her children’s yearly scripture on their bathroom mirrors and has now framed them to give to her children. What a great way to kick off the school year to pray for our kids, give them their own scripture verse to remind them of God’s love and how special they are to him.
