I have already made two batches of this since Thanksgiving and it disappears like crazy. My son Declan informed me “Mommy, this is the BEST!”

4 cups corn or rice chex cereal
4 cups mini twist pretzels
2 cups salted cocktail peanuts
1 bag plain M&Ms
1 bag peanut M&Ms

Toss the above ingredients together before coating in the melted chocolate

2 bags white chocolate chips
2 T vegetable oil

put chips and oil in microwave safe bowl. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and continue to cook for 30 second increments until smooth, stiring after each increment.

Pour over dry ingredients and stir gently (otherwise you will crush chex and pretzels). Turn out onto large sheet of waxed paper. Let set for 30 minutes. Break into chunks and enjoy!!

½ pound butter (room temp)
½ cup corn starch
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour

Combine and mix (with fingers) until blended and soft. (Will seem somewhat dry) Press into a 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake 15 minutes more.

Cut in squares while hot.

Danielle’s Yummy Treat

20 cups of popped popcorn (air popper works great)
Frito Chips
Almond Bark

Directions-Melt bark in microwave. Mix in with popcorn and fritos. Spread on lined cookie sheets to prevent clumping. Serve. This will fill up the giant Tupperware bowls. Tasty!

Happy Baking!
