Cleaning Steps
- Gather your supplies, including a bucket of soapy water, rags, sponge, all purpose cleaner, paper towels, garbage bag and a dry towel.
- Begin by emptying out one section of the fridge at a time, removing all of the expired food and any old leftovers into a garbage bag. Set all other food and condiments to the side.
- Scrub each section of your fridge and freezer with a sponge and all-purpose cleaner to wipe away stubborn grease and grime. Use a towel to dry each section and place your food back into the fridge. Many fridges have removable shelves and drawers. Be sure to pull these out to help clean every nook and cranny.
- Use the all-purpose cleaner to spray and wipe the outside doors and sides of your fridge and freezer.
- Place the food back into your fridge and freezer.
- Open and shut the door…did it put a smile on your face?
