DIY Ice Cream Sandwiches
What is Summer without ice cream or better yet without ice cream sandwiches? Not only can you enjoy purchasing a box of store bought ice cream sandwiches which my kids love ( Ok, so do I ) but you can surprise your kids with homemade ones or better yet get your kids in the kitchen to help you create a variety of different types of ice cream sandwiches.
