6 Quick and Easy No-Cook Family Meals

The last thing we want to do on a hot night during the summer is turn over ovens on. Standing around and spending hours cooking in the heat is also another no-go for me. I’m sure it’s something you don’t want to do either.

When it’s too hot cook, I always put together family dinners that are quick and easy. I also stick to recipes that won’t require much cooking in the kitchen, especially avoiding the oven. The oven is a heat trap and that’s the last place I want to be during a hot summer.
