One of my 2014 goals has been to take a 30 to 60 minute walk each day and pray.; During this prayer walk time I pray for our children for their immediate needs, their future and for wisdom as my husband and I continue to disciple them . My goal is to be intentional in what I am praying for and over my kids. Today I found this FREE printable that is a great resource to use in praying intentional prayers of our kids. A to Z prayers for your child – There is a biblical trait, a Scripture, and a one-sentence prayer for each letter of the alphabet. I can print it out and choose a one letter each day to pray over my five children as I begin praying for each one.
I want to challenge you to begin a daily time of praying for your kids whether its taking a prayer walk , sitting on our couch, or while driving in your car – the time or place is not what is important – it’s taking the time that is. Click here for your free printable from ParentLife.
