Cookies dusted with powder sugar become Snow Kiss cookies or better known as Mexican Wedding cookies. One of my favorites to bake each Christmas. A fun idea to share with neighbors and friends by placing them in a clear container, wrap with ribbon add a gift tag for a yummy gift.
