Franz Gluten Free Bread
Franz Bread has always been a favorite of mine. I know it’s local and always fresh. When I got the opportunity to review the new Franz Bakery’s Gluten Free Breads, I was excited. Mainly because I have never tried the gluten free breads before and wanted to see what all the hype was over “gluten free”.
While reading the labels, I was shocked. The ingredient list was short and I pretty much knew what all all the ingredietns were. I was excited to share these breads with my family trusting they were getting something healthy.
Now comes the taste test… I have to be honest I was nervous. But, truly these tasted just as fresh as the other Franz breads I’ve had in the past. There is a slight “different” taste (than traditional breads), but I liked it and my kids thought they were eating regular bread. How awesome is that! I know it will take some getting use to for the adults, however I feel strongly this is the new bread for us.
We got to try the following:
- Franz Mountain White Gluten Free Bread – My husband got his white bread!
- Franz 7 Grain Gluten Free Bread – Has that nice grainy texture I love.
- Franz Gluten Free Hamburger Buns – Kids loved their burgers on these buns.
