  1. 1/2 lb. cheddar cesehe1/2 lb. minced ham2 sweet pickles1 tsp. grated onion2 Tbs. mayonnaise or salad dressingPut cesehe, ham, and pickle in food processor or chopper to desired consistency. Stir in onion and mayo. Note: I rarely ever measure anything with this recipe. If I have a chunk of leftover ham, I just toss it in the food processor with the other ingredients. I also add more mayo than it calls for. It’s one of those recipes you just do to your own taste. It’s good for cold sandwiches or put some on buns or rolls, wrap in foil, and heat in a 350 oven for 15 minutes.
