We have put together some family-friendly restaurants where you can feed your little ones for free (or almost free).
Before heading out to your restaurant pick for a meal, be sure to contact the restaurant to confirm the deal offerings. Some offers can change without notice. Make sure you read the fine print as some deals are only available during certain days and times. There may also be age restrictions and additional details.
Now here is the run-down of some of the restaurants where kids’ meals are on the house!
An All-American chain that offers free kids meals with a purchase of an adult entrée on certain weekdays.
2. Bob Evans
A family-friendly restaurant chain that serves American classics with a country feel. Children eat free on Tuesday after 3 p.m. with a purchase of an adult entrée.
An all you can eat pizza, pasta, and desert buffets. Cici’s offers a variety of kid deals. Many of their locations offer kids to eat free on Tuesday’s with a purchase of an adult buffet. As well, depending on the location, kids under 3 years old can eat anywhere from $0.99 to $1.99 every day!
Depending on the location, children under 10 years old can eat for free once a week at this American classic diner and coffee shop with the purchase of an adult meal. This offer is available from 4-10 p.m. with a regular priced adult meal.
Head to this restaurant if you enjoy great barbecue food. They offer house-smoked meats, stuffed baked potatoes, and classic sides. Kids can eat free all day on Sundays if you dine-in only. Children 12 and under are only eligible for these free meals and you must order from the kids menu!
Breakfast for dinner? Now that’s always a fun meal to get the family together. IHOP frequently offers kids eat free promotions with no charge for a child’s meal when you purchase an adult entrée. Offers vary by location but typically these free meals are on Monday or Tuesday between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Age restriction is for children 12 and under. Sometimes these free kids’ meals do not include beverages.
At some locations, kids can eat free on Tuesday’s at the store’s Swedish-themed restaurant. This free kids’ meal comes with the purchase of an adult meal.
8. Melting Pot
A popular fondue chain that offers fun for school-aged children. At selection locations when the kids earn straight A’s at school they can bring their report cards in to receive a complimentary 3-Course Petite feast when they dine with someone who orders a 4-Course Experience. This meal deal is offered to schooled-aged children who are K-12th grade. Make sure you check with your local Melting Pot for more details.
A southern cafeteria-style chain offers kids under 12 to eat just for $1.99 all day Thursday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the purchase of an adult entrée. A kids’ meal comes with two entrees, two sides, a drink, and dessert. Now that sounds like a good deal to me!
This Mexican-American restaurant chain offers one day each week when kids can eat free. The location and day varies but often is either Wednesday or Sunday.
11. Texas Roadhouse
Bring a big appetite for a meal here. Certain Texas Roadhouse locations offer a Monday or Tuesday deal where kids 12 and under can enjoy a free meal off the kids’ menu. These meals generally feature from mac and cheese to sirloin bites with side and drink.
12. TGI Friday’s
Enjoy a free meal with each adult entrée. Participating locations may offer this promotion on different days of the week. Monday and Tuesday deals have often been the most common days.
