Are you one of those families that like to all match for special occasions? If so does your husband just cringe or just go with the flow?
Ever since I started having kids I don’t know what it is but I think it is so much fun for us to look alike at fun events. We have a boy and a girl so even it the girls match and the boys match it works for me but I prefer for us to all match. Everyone I know seems to think I am strange. Even on the 4th of July just wearing matching flag shirts…. whats wrong with that?? :) Because my husband has now been hearing the comments from others he has been requesting to have two colors, one for the boys and one for the girls. Then I tie it in with matching denim jackets and there I hear the “oh jeez”. :)
Now this is ONLY for special events. Kids birthday parties and holidays. We might’ve accidentally matched before not knowing it in a subtle way. (shhh)
So tell me your thoughts. I won’t be offended cause I will still be doing it. :)
YES!! And no! I LOVE to dress us all up the same but I think DH would strangle me if I were to force him into wearing anything too colourful or different. He likes what he likes! I dress the kids similar all the time just because its fun – I try to match for family occasions but really don’t mind if we all look completely different! BUT, I like it! Its fun!

We always get flag shirts from Old Navy for the Forth. I do try and coordinate when doing a family photo. I don’t think it is bad but think it is fun. YOu go for it! I think you all look great!
