There are no written rules saying you have to use all of these products or even use them together but my first hand experience says if you want that “Dentist Clean’ feeling your best chances are to use all of the Crest® and Oral-B® Pro-Health® Clinical Plaque Control line of products together on a daily basis. It is sort of like would you make yourself an ice cream sundae and leave off the toppings or the whip cream? no way it would not give you the complete experience of eating an ice cream sundae, so don’t cheat yourself out of the full “Dentist Clean ” experience. Instead begin a daily routine – You know the saying ” It takes 21 days to form a habit” so why not give it a 21 day try what do you have to loose? Most of us are am and pm teeth brushers so take the extra few minutes and add in the flossing and rinsing and begin to feel the ” Dentist Clean ” feeling each day.
MOM TIP : I know, I know we are moms and life is busy and the addef few minutes to floss and rinse just somehow seems to get pushed aside – try doing two things at once – Brush your teeth and floss, then while you are rinsing see if you can make your bed while swishing the rinse around in your mouth. How about While your children shower or take a bath you could actually floss your teeth and keep an eye on then at the same time. Get creative and think of things that you can do while rinsing and flossing.
