3 Fun Crafts Using Hershey Kisses

Valentines HERSHEY’S HUGS & KISSES Chocolates Checkers

Materials:

  • 3 sheets of foam; one white, one red, one pink
  • 1 bag of 13 oz. HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Chocolates
  • 1 bag of 13 oz. HERSHEY’S HUGS Chocolates
  • Ruler
  • Glue (low heat gun, non-toxic craft glue, glue stick or confectioners’ glue)
  • Scissors

Instructions:

1. Begin by cutting white sheet into a 9″ X 9″ square.

2. Using the pink sheet, measure and cut 32 – 1 1/8″ squares. Create checkerboard by gluing pink squares onto the white 9″ X 9″ base.

3. Using the red sheet, cut out 12 -1″ circles and 12 – 1″ X’s.

4. Glue the HUGS Chocolates on the O’s and the KISSES Chocolates to the X’s.

5. Place the HUGS Chocolates at one end of the board and the KISSES Chocolates at the other end.

Everyone wins a sweet Valentine treat!

Completed craft is for decorative purposes only. Candy used in craft should not be eaten.

HERSHEY’S HUGS & KISSES Chocolates Card

Materials:

  • Store bought cards
  • Construction paper
  • Scraps of ribbon, trims, lace, doilies, candy cups, etc.
  • Glue (low heat gun, non-toxic craft glue, glue stick or confectioners’ glue)
  • HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates and HERSHEY’S HUGS Chocolates

Instructions:

Create sweet and original cards to carry your wishes. Decorate a homemade card, a computer generated card or even a store bought card with HERSHEY’S HUGS or KISSES chocolates and make your message even more personal. Use some of our ideas in the picture or create your own.

Completed craft is for decorative purpose only and candy should not be eaten.

HERSHEY’S KISSES Mice

Materials:

  • Materials needed to make a pair of mice:
  • 1/4 yard of 1/2 inch pink grosgrain ribbon
  • 1 sheet pink felt
  • 4 shaky eyes
  • 4 HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Chocolates per pair of mice
  • Glue (low heat gun, non-toxic craft glue, glue stick or confectioners’ glue)
  • Scissors

Instructions:

1. Create tails by cutting 2″ lengths of pink grosgrain ribbons, pinch one end of the ribbon in half and glue to point of one chocolate.

2. Cut the ears out of the pink felt and glue the base of the heart shape to the top of the flat side of one chocolate, leaving the two curved shapes extending over the edge to form the ears.

3. Glue both chocolates together flat end to flat end with felt ears nesting in between.

4. Complete by gluing on the jiggly eyes.
