This weeks “Let’s Make a Meal” Mondays recipe is
Marinated London Broil
1 (12 ounce) can cola soda
1 (10 ounce) bottle teriyaki sauce
1 ( 3 pound) London broil steak
* Combine cola, teriyaki sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper, and London broil in large zip-top freezer bag. Seal, marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours and turn occasionally.
* Remove London broil from marinade and discard marinade. Grill, covered for about 14 minutes on each side.
*Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing diagonally across grain.
